By purchasing any of PofSNYC digital downloads  you agree that you will NOT sell, share, or copy any of these files to another business or third party or upload our designs to file sharing websites for any purpose . 

These files are for the sole purpose of your business for creating products for yourself and your customers. 

You are NOT permitted to use any (all or parts) of our digital download templates for pre-cut templates or transfers. 

PofSNYC digital downloads are exclusive only to the person and/or business that completes the purchase online. 

**Failure to comply with these agreements can result in legal action**

  ALL TEMPLATES DESIGNED BY PofSNYC ARE COPYRIGHT PROTECTED (sale of of any item does NOT transfer its copyright) 

**Please note that while our designs themselves are sold for commercial use, sometimes phrases and/or words can be trademarked for specific product types by outside companies. If you intend to sell merchandise made with PofSNYC designs, we advise checking the TESS database online prior to purchanse to ensure that your particular product can be used with the purchase. 

If you are going to use a mock up file on an online listing please make sure the design is watermarked. 

Please make sure you know how to use and print this product before ordering.

Due to the nature of digital downloads NO REFUNDS will be given for this product.
